Committee members provide valuable classroom support to their child's teacher and aids in communication between the teacher and his/her class. Liaisons also recognize and honor Izzi B’s amazing faculty and staff members throughout the year.

The Communications Team partners with Izzi B leadership to keep families and the larger community connected with school happenings and district-wide initiatives through social media, web design, and weekly newsletter content.

Exploratories are extra courses students can choose to participate in every other month. This committee supports Izzi B in finding and retaining instructors for these courses. Committee efforts provide new, creative opportunities for our children to explore!

As a public school, there are often "gaps" in our budget, which need to be filled if we want to fund things such as exploratories and technology for our students. This committee organizes Dine & Donate events, Spirit Wear Sales, Simple Give opportunities, Scholastic Book Fairs, and much more to raise funds in direct support of our children's educational experience.

Drawn to health and wellness initiatives? This committee is focused on promoting these very real ideas (one of Izzi B’s Five Guiding Principles) within our school. The committee organizes our School Garden Program and our photo booth for celebrating birthdays.
